To achieve a more toned appearance you will need MORE MUSCLE. If you are a female reading this you may be thinking " I don't want to get too bulky". Please knock that fear out of your mind right now because I am here to tell you ( unless you are on testosterone boosters, and eating an insane surplus of calories) it is generally very difficult for women to get "bulky". 

 

Women generally have much lower levels of testosterone compared  to men, which is the hormone primarily responsible for muscle growth. This makes it incredible hard for women to develop "bulky" muscles the way men do. Weightlifting actually helps improve muscle tone and definition, giving a lean and sculpted appearance rather than bulky muscles.

  • Workout  & Nutrition program - tailored to YOUR specific needs 

  • My 64 page E-Book Workout, Macro, Mindset & Habit Guide 

  • 2 -4 phase split of workouts depending on the package you want. A variety of workouts and exercises from weightlifting, cardio, HIIT, stretching to do consecutively for as long as you want.

  • All workouts and exercises are included through my App (you will be directed to download it - it is FREE)

  • Videos and images on how to perform each exercise on the App with guided sets and reps for each exercise.

  • Nutrition app to track Macros. Coach will provide guidance on tracking macros and nutrition tailored to your goals with free app

  • Reasonable adjustments if needed with specific exercises, and weekly workout plans.

  • Habit diving - taking a deep look at your day to day habits, what you are struggling with, how to change these. Implementing strategies to redirect these and MAKE THEM STICK. 

  • Mindset coaching - taking a deep dive at your perspective on areas that may be hindering from achieving the lifestyle you want. Implementing strategies to redirect these. (Mindset and Habit coaching are one of my favorite parts of my program, mainly because of the positive effect I see it has on my clients and their life. IT IS SO rewarding to watch my ladies glow and grow).

  • Towards the end of the program we’ll cover how to write up an effective workout plan and how to adjust your calories and macros. That way when you go off on your own you’ll feel well-equipped to do it all on your own.
